Thermo-Rite Brass-Plated Glass Doors
Glass doors provide spark protection and also perform the important function of keeping room air from escaping up the flue. Thermo-Rite is known for their superior quality and large selection of elegant styles and finishes. Their attention to detail is unsurpassed, from the intricate filigree, to the large, easy to use handles, to the welded inner frame and full 1/4" tempered floating glass that can withstand high temperatures. We stock the two most popular Thermo-Rite Brass-Plated Glass Door models. These are the Regal Antique Brass Clearview Bifold and Regal Polished Brass Clearview Bifold, both with tinted bronze glass. One of the things we really love about this style of glass door is the "Clearview" feature----no vertical brass strips on the glass. The fire looks like a work of art in an elegant filigreed frame. Often, the perfect candidates for these high-quality doors are consumers who have purchased low-quality doors in the past and find those doors are now warped, dingy, and worthless. Spark screens are available, but aren't standard with each door. Doors come with a lifetime warranty on glass and a 5-year warranty on frame finish.
Product Note: When the height you need falls between the ranges listed below, take the door closest in height, but smaller, and add a riser bar. The riser bar attaches to the bottom of the door, without drilling, and adds 1 1/4" in height.
